We have different suppliers for our products. If you order multiple different products from our shop, you may receive them separately, with a few days apart.

We are here to assist with returns. If your items arrived damaged, please send us some photos to info@unicornfloat.com. Depending on the damage, a replacement package can be shipped within 48 hours.

What is the average delivery time to receive my order?
1) Available and selected express delivery
When express delivery is available, items are delivered quickly to the United States within 1 to 4 days after payment is received.
This express delivery is sometimes handled by Amazon's logistics service for some of our products. Some of our best-selling products come from their warehouses, allowing us to guarantee fast and efficient delivery service as well as a simple product return process.

When the product is not available for express delivery, delivery is directly handled by our suppliers:

This delivery method applies when your cart contains one or more products available for express delivery (24h - 72h) and one or more products available for premium tracked delivery (7 - 14 days).

Why is my parcel tracking not working?
If you notice that your parcel tracking isn't working, it simply means that the parcel has not yet arrived in the destination country. Tracking activates once the parcel arrives in the destination country. You can then track its progress to your address. Don't worry, all tracking numbers are functional; you just need to wait between 5 and 12 working days (depending on the period) to access tracking.

What is the exchange and return policy?
